近日，西欧六国（不包含比利时）赛鸽组织针对传统电子复合式足环与赛鸽违用禁药等议题开展了研讨会，并就2010年欧洲信鸽比赛做了相关的部署。研讨会的结果如下：
关于Combi复合式足环：
就像英格兰（RPRA）一样，从这个赛季开始到2011年的比赛，荷兰将禁止使用比利时生产的Combi复合式信鸽足环。德国的赛鸽也将在决定禁止使用之前，会对其做相关的测试和审查。在法国，由于其目前的立法不能拒绝使用比利时足环，但是其法律的有关条款中规定，出生10天的幼鸽，是不能带有焊接或金属外壳的信鸽足环。
关于赛鸽违用禁药：
比利时皇家信鸽协会（KBDB）以前制订的一系列关于赛鸽违用禁药等问题的规定，但是由于其他国家并没有赞同或者采纳。这引起了比利时外交部和欧盟有关国家的重视。
针对违用禁药这一问题，其他领国希望有更多的办法来解决，而不是依靠这些不起作用的相关机构。所以西欧六国一致同意，必须共同制定并控制赛鸽使用违禁药品的监督和管理。并对所有比赛时赛鸽所用的药物进行监控和把关。

Combi-rings
Just like England (RPRA), next season 2011 the Netherlands will prohibit racing with Belgian rings so as they are now produced. Germany will firstly conduct tests before making a decision.
Due to current legislation France is not permitted to refuse the Belgian rings. Their law foresees the possibility to ring from the 10th day after the birth of the youngsters, the rings can NOT be welded and a metal casing is NOT compulsory.
Doping controls
The road that the KBDB followed to raise the doping problems internationally was not appreciated by the members of our neighbour countries. Belgian Ministry, European Union – Minister concerning countries.
Our neighbouring countries would have preferred something more direct instead of involving all those agencies. Our neighbouring countries agree that more controls must be carried out but will submit a counter-proposal to stipulate a percentage by means of a coefficient of the number of monitorings of the international flights.
For example x% per 1000 participating pigeons from that country. (the figure has not yet been confirmed)
France uses the labo in Ghent (Belgium also) to Carry out its controls and this costs between 200 and 300�. The country that requests the control will pay the costs.
