一、前言：
I. Preface
　　长春地处东北亚中心位置，被誉为“北国春城”。中国最大汽车工业城市，东北地区建成区面积第二大城市，中国建成区面积及人口规模第九大城市，长春是近海沿边开放城市，享受国家沿海开放城市有关优惠政策。开放后的长春是中国东北亚投资贸易博览会（简称“东博会”）永久举办城市，而在体育发展上2007年1月28日-2月4日，第六届亚洲冬季运动会在长春举办。这是亚洲冬季运动史上规模最大、参会国家和地区最广、参赛运动员最多、观众人数最多的一届冰雪体育盛会。由中国会展经济研究协会主办的中国信鸽产业博览会长春展于12月21-22日在长春农博园隆重举办，此次活动是为满足广大群众多元化健身需求，加快东北三省信鸽运动快速、健康的发展，为业界企业及广大信鸽爱好者提供一个良好的展示、交流、交易平台。
